We’re a factory in Dongguan, China that makes laser-cut SMT stencils — that’s our whole business. Everything is cut in our own workshop on our own machines, so we control the quality and the lead time directly, no middlemen.
How it works
You send us your Gerber or DXF files, and our engineer checks them before we cut anything. If something looks wrong — a missing paste layer, an aperture that’s too small — we’ll flag it first instead of just cutting. You get a quote the same day. Production usually takes 8 to 12 hours, and if you’re in a hurry, tell us — we’ll try to fit you in.
We make frameless sheets and framed stencils, in 304 stainless steel from 0.10 to 0.20mm. If your board needs it, we also do nano-coating, electropolishing, and step stencils for mixed-technology boards.
Where our customers are
Most of our customers are in Southeast Asia — Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and nearby. We ship with DHL or FedEx, usually 2–3 days to your door. You can reach us in English or Bahasa Indonesia, on WhatsApp or email, and we reply fast.
One question we get a lot: what’s your minimum order? The answer is one. One stencil, we’ll make it and ship it. Prototyping or small batch — both fine.
What we promise
Every stencil goes out in a cardboard box with sponge padding, so it arrives in one piece. And if you open it and you’re not happy — tell us, and we’ll make it again from your Gerber files, free of charge. No arguing, no fine print.
